Accent Gaming uses your name and email to manage your event registration and send confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices. Your optional Player ID and age division help staff organise play.

We record the IP address used to register to help prevent duplicate or abusive registrations. Only authorised staff can view the attendee list and IP addresses. Attendee details are never displayed publicly.

Your confirmation email includes a private link to view and cancel your registration. Keep this link private. Cancelling releases your place and keeps a registration record for staff.
